Join us for an informative workshop explaining tenant and landlord rights. This session will cover essential topics for tenants, including:
- What to know before signing a lease.
- Paying rent and understanding what to expect with unpaid or overdue rent.
- Adressing poor housing conditions and rights regarding repairs.
Landlords will gain insights into regulations surrounding rent increases and their responsibilities in resolving repairs, noise complaints, or disruptive situations. Whether you’re renting or managing a property, this workshop will provide valuable knowledge to navigate rental agreements effectively.
