Accessing your account
- Visit https://prod.education.gouv.qc.ca/pls/f?p=15000
- Log in using your organization’s credentials.
If you are having difficulty, you can click on “Mot de passe oublié”
or “Modifier mot de passe” to reset or recall your password.
If none of these options work, you will have to email pacte.radar@education.gouv.qc.ca
Accessing the form
- Once you have logged in, you will need to add this year’s form to your account.
- On the top right click on “Ajouter”
