About the Survey
Your participation is greatly appreciated and plays a crucial part in helping to advance literacy services, secure funding, and continue advocacy work in the province. Completing the survey is a key part of your membership in the network. A big thanks for all of your help!
On Completing the Survey
In this annual survey, we are curious about your last reporting fiscal year (2020-2021) to help create a portrait of our network from that reporting year.
We ask that only one person from each organization fill out the survey. It may take up to 1 hour to complete, and having your reporting documents, such as your 2020-2021 PACTE and/or annual report, along with a calculator may be helpful.
In addition, we ask that you please email the following:
- 2020-2021 Annual Report,
- 2020-2021 PACTE Report,
- and any other documents that you feel may be helpful for LQ to understand your organization better.
Please complete the Annual Member Survey by March 28th, 2022.
